We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer who can combine deep AI expertise with strong software engineering skills to lead the development of next‑generation AI‑powered products. • Lead the design and development of AI‑powered applications and intelligent automation systems

• Architect and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and agentic AI workflows
  .
• Build scalable backend services and AI infrastructure using Python and Go
  .
• Develop and optimize AI pipelines, orchestration layers, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Deploy and manage AI systems within AWS cloud environments
  .
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions.
• Mentor and support junior AI and software engineers
  , providing technical leadership, guidance, and code reviews.
• Drive AI best practices across experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the platform.

• Proven experience in a Lead AI Engineer, Senior AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineering role
  .
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go
  .
• Hands‑on experience building systems with LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP, and AI agentic workflows
  .
• Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deploying AI systems into production.
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures and backend systems.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring junior engineers
  .
• Strong understanding of machine learning systems, APIs, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience working within fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
  .
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building AI‑powered automation tools or internal AI platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
