Founding Product Engineer

• Build and improve core product features used daily by customers
• Develop high-quality full-stack applications and user-facing experiences
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teammates to shape product direction
• Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements
• Ship features rapidly while maintaining strong attention to performance and design quality
• Contribute to AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and internal tooling
• Help create intuitive and polished user experiences across the platform
• Participate in product planning, technical architecture, and feature prioritization
• Continuously optimize workflows, usability, and overall customer experience

• 0–4 years of software engineering experience, including internships or startup experience
• Strong full-stack development skills with modern web technologies
• Experience working with frameworks such as React, Next.js, Python, or similar technologies
• Ability to take projects from concept to production independently
• Strong product intuition and eye for user experience and interface quality
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for building polished, customer-centric products
• Experience with AI tools, SaaS products, or workflow automation is a plus
• Startup, founder, or early-stage company experience is a plus
