Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable Java code.
- Create secure RESTful-based web services using XML, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Spring & Hibernate frameworks.
- Write code in core Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Troubleshoot T-SQL stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, and constraints.
- Implement and maintain Java-based components, interfaces, and documentation.
- Define, design, integrate, test, deploy, and enhance applications and tools written in Java.
- Troubleshoot SQL Server service outages when they occur.
- Utilize SQL knowledge to query and identify useful information.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and EJB.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles using Java.
- Experience with Maven, TestNG, API automation, and Java frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query languages like EJB-QL.
- Hands‑on experience developing applications with front‑end and back‑end web‑based solutions.
- Knowledge of Spring framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with No
SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, etc. - Understanding of distributed computing tools like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of the Java programming language.
- Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Data Lake Analytics and U‑SQL.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Expertise in Java application development and deployment.
- Previous involvement in full‑stack development with technologies such as React and AWS.
- Ability to write SQL scripts and snippets of code for ETL processes.
- Knowledge of API‑level testing for Java applications, including RESTful web services.
- Proficiency in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
- Prior experience leading automation implementation using Selenium and Java.
