Pay Range: $85-$95 per hour on W2

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing collaborations between customers, artists, and fans. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of our mobile application, focusing on elevating the playlist experience, curating, and promoting seamless interaction among users. This role is integral to achieving our strategic goals for 2025.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with full-time employees to design and implement new application features.
• Ensure high-quality application performance through test-driven development.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team meetings to review progress.
• Identify and resolve gaps in mobile development, prioritizing user experience and platform optimization.

• 6+ years of Proficiency in mobile application development (iOS & Android)
• Strong understanding of system design principles, specifically for client-side development.
• Experience with test-driven development approaches

Prior experience in media, music streaming, or related fields is beneficial, highlighting a strong understanding of the platform's content and user engagement strategies.
