Salesforce is hiring early-career AI Builders to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers as part of a New Grad cohort. You'll work in cross-functional builder pods using modern AI tools to build production-ready AI agents and iterate from design through deployment while receiving dedicated mentorship.

AI Builder, Emerging Talent (New Grad cohort) — an early-career engineering role embedded with customer-facing teams to design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production. You will work in cross-functional “builder pods” to deliver real-time impact for large enterprise customers.

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architectures leveraging LLMs and the Agentforce platform.
• Iterate rapidly: test, break, fix, and ship; own features from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Work closely in cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, debugging, and real-time infrastructure work.

• Embedded in a structured New Grad cohort with dedicated mentorship, onboarding buddy, job shadowing, and skill-development opportunities.
• Hands-on technical skill development and pairing with senior developers; emphasis on both technical depth and client-facing/sales skills.

• Strong technical foundation in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; “AI native” comfort with LLM-centered development.
• Fluency in React, Type Script, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Strong collaboration, consultative communication skills, problem-solving instincts, and initiative.
• Willingness to travel ~25–50% to work directly with customers.

• Typical base salary range listed: $110,000–$133,000 annually; select San Francisco and NYC metro cities: $141,000.
• Role is production-facing and customer-embedded; expects significant on-site engagement and travel.
