You will build the Reific interface and backend where operational data becomes forecasts, explanations, and auditable decision records. The work spans dense technical UI, data workflows, agent interfaces, and the product judgment to make uncertainty and evidence easy to inspect under pressure.

• Build product flows for data ingestion, forecast review, driver explanations, and decision records.
• Design dense interfaces that make uncertainty and evidence easy to inspect.
• Develop backend services for normalization, workspace state, audit logs, and agent access.
• Expose model outputs in reliable product contracts with AI engineering.
• Own customer feedback loops from prototype through production.

• Authorized to work in the United States; this role is in person in San Francisco.
• Strong experience with Type Script, React, and production web systems.
• Comfort building full-stack features across UI, API, database, and infrastructure.
• Good taste for dense, operational software people use repeatedly under pressure.
• Ability to work from ambiguous customer problems to shipped behavior.
• Interest in AI agents, operational data, and decision infrastructure.
