ML Engineer - Jarmin

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that enable AI employees to perform complex, human‑level tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define problem statements, gather data, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models, optimize training workflows, and ensure model robustness and fairness.
• Maintain and scale cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS) for data storage, model training, and inference serving.
• Continuously monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
• Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), and data engineering tools.
• Hands‑on experience deploying models on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication.
