Complete is at an exciting inflection point and we're looking for Senior or Staff Engineers to help scale us to a $XXM+ in ARR. You'll be a great fit if you like to move with urgency and high agency. We're engineers and builders obsessed with customer outcomes and love challenging the status quo. At a high level, there are three areas you can expect to lean on at Complete:

  We need experienced engineers who can own and grow entire lines of businesses end-to-end.

• Autonomy:
  We value autonomy and believe that a small team of highly experienced product engineers can come together to create magic!

• Scale:
  We're scaling! To new countries, to X0,000+ users, and to high-profile logos. We're actively winning in the enterprise segment, which means working on deep and interesting problems like revamping our authorization, customizability, observability, security, and so on.

We believe the best engineers can operate in any tech stack, especially right now. Productivity is at an all-time high and we love our AI tooling (e.g. Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor) but here is our core stack:

• Python (Django) with Postgres

• GraphQL API (Strawberry)

• React frontend + React Query

• Clerk for auth

• Merge for integrations with ATS and HRIS systems

• Datadog, Sentry, Launch Darkly

• Git Hub, Docker, Graphite, Slack, Notion, Linear
