Job Description:

As a Senior Engineer on the CTO track, you will lead the development of a platform that democratizes AI agent creation. You’ll own product initiatives from architecture to deployment using a modern stack including Next.js and Python. This high‑impact role offers a clear path to the CTO title within six months of joining.

• Step into a CTO title within 6 months as you lead technical strategy and mentor a talented engineering team.
• Join a fast‑growing, $3.8M seed‑stage startup backed by Spero Ventures that is already generating traction and revenue.
• Direct product ownership in the Mission district office, building the foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI‑driven businesses.

• Design and ship production‑ready features using a modern full‑stack of React, tRPC, Next.js, Type Script, and Python.
• Architect complex integrations with platforms like Gmail and Airtable to enable seamless AI agent workflows for non‑technical creators.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to make critical technical decisions and establish high engineering standards across the organization.

• 4-12 years of full‑stack experience, ideally at a premier tech company like Stripe or Airbnb, or as a CTO at a funded startup.
• Deep technical expertise in Type Script, React, and Python, with a track record of building performant, scalable web applications.
• A passion for generative AI and a desire to work in‑person in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment in San Francisco.
