Job Title:

Automation Engineer (Java programming Must)

• Support the testing of product features throughout the development cycle.
• Work with engineers, team leads, and managers to deliver innovative testing solutions that meet market needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and realistic implementation schedules.
• Help develop and execute testing strategies, test automation, and test engineering technologies.
• Set up and manage test environments, including continuous integration jobs for applications under test.
• Proactively recommend coding solutions and solve problems.
• Work as part of an agile scrum team delivering high-quality software and solutions.
• Test and automate in parallel with development activities.
• Review both application and test code for peers in development and quality engineering.
• Develop test APIs, utilities, and contribute to existing frameworks.

• BA/BS Degree + 6 years experience.
• Experience as Java Developer, Java Programmer, or Java Production Support.
• History of successful teamwork and production deployments in high-volume web environments.
• Experience with Agile and/or RUP methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client‑services environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years total experience as an engineer in a web environment.
• Testing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
