Job Title
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of IT / Engineering experience (US-based)
- 3+ years of Vue.js (frontend development)
- 3+ years of Python (backend development)
- 2+ years building AI/ML solutions for production applications
- 2+ years implementing:
- Chatbots
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- LLM integrations for AI-assisted automation
- 2+ years experience with:
- AI agents
- Fine-tuning LLMs
- Bias and fairness evaluation in LLM systems
- Strong experience with containerized workflows and architectures:
- Docker
- Podman
- Kubernetes
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing clinical or healthcare software
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and LLM platforms
