Junior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineering software for benchtop and factory‑ready equipment
• Collection and refinement of software project requirements
• Designing and implementing code to meet project requirements
• Defining test plans for newly created features

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics or similar disciplines
• Proficiency in an object‑oriented programming language (C# and Python preferred)
• Comfortable in both technical and non‑technical communication
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals & unit testing practices
• 0 to 2 years experience

• Systems programming experience
• Proficiency in using Docker and Docker‑related tools
• Proficiency in the Linux command‑line, Windows systems
• Proficiency with software development on Windows systems
• Experience interfacing with and controlling hardware; PLC programming
• Experience with CI/CD automation and testing best practices

• Annual salary of $77,000 to $105,000 plus stock options, based on skill level and experience, to help you and your family build a healthy and secure future.
