As a Software Engineer at Strala, you will own core infrastructure, architect AI‑native pipelines, and ship production‑grade code from day one. You will work alongside world‑class engineers from HFT firms and top research labs to automate complex insurance workflows.

• Own and architect core infrastructure, databases (PostgreSQL, vector DBs), and multi‑modal AI pipelines that handle intake, routing, and fraud detection.
