Software Engineer, DocGen

Requirements

• Strong software development experience, with hands‑on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++
• Proven ability to design and ship scalable, production‑grade systems, including APIs and distributed systems
• Experience owning projects end‑to‑end in fast‑paced, high‑growth or startup environments
• Bonus:
  Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact–driven products

• In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally to design and scale systems that improve the speed, quality, and reliability of document generation

• Enhance Even Up’s AI‑native document generation workflows and build systems to improve quality, reliability, and customer outcomes
• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI‑powered features, integrating LLMs with existing SaaS systems and shipping production‑ready solutions
• Build and maintain systems to evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of core deliverables
• Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery across services, APIs, and user‑facing features
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and leadership to deliver high‑impact features and evolve core products
• Contribute to the evolution of core products at the forefront of applied AI
