- 10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance
- Self-starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management
- Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team
- Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies
- As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles
- Should have understanding in Java Technology stack
, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot
