About This RoleJoin us as a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the development of Skill Router's dashboard, developer tools, and user-facing applications. You'll shape the technical direction of our frontend stack and mentor a growing team.
What You'll Do- Lead frontend architecture decisions and technical strategy
- Build performant, accessible React applications with Type Script
- Design and implement component libraries and design systems
- Optimize web performance and user experience
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams
- Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices
- 7+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Expert-level React and Type Script skills
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
- Knowledge of Web Socket and real-time applications
- Experience building developer tools or dashboards
