. You will work closely with the founders to build out and refine our product offerings

At Cura Fi, we develop software solutions that facilitate the management of drugs and workflows and improve the healthcare journey for doctors and patients with complex conditions
. Our platform assists healthcare providers and payers by offering tools that provide insights into drug cost management, risk analysis, and provider enablement
. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving our products and driving significant impact in the healthcare sector
. You’ll get to work alongside domain experts and former YC founders.

• React 16.8 (React hooks)
• Python – Advanced skills for robust backend development
• Flask or comparable web frameworks
• MySQL – Strong ability to perform complex database queries and manage data effectively

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic front-end interfaces and efficient backend services
• Create and manage RESTful APIs, focusing on scalability and security
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to enhance product features and user experience
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and debugging
• Proactively solve technical issues and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where beneficial

• Strong skills in data manipulation and API development
• Experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in managing healthcare data
• Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku
• Understanding or experience with AI and machine learning technologies, especially in LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Willingness to engage deeply with complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
• Enthusiastic about hands‑on involvement and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment

At least 5 years in software development, with substantial exposure to full‑stack projects.
