Role
Java Developer, Onsite Offshore Coordinator with Banking Domain
Location & ScheduleHybrid - San Francisco, CA (Downtown 3 days onsite every week)
Responsibilities & Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Java based application development and maintenance.
- Self‑starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer expectation management.
- Proven experience as onsite manager and experience working with offshore teams.
- Team player who can connect with stakeholders within onsite/offshore teams, including team in Mexico.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, QA process, metrics and project planning methodologies.
- Ability to understand complex codebases and apply software and systems engineering principles.
- Strong understanding of Java technology stack, microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkins, JUnit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem (S3, EC2).
