Kastle is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, starting with mortgage. We are hiring a Founding Applied AI Engineer to lay the technical foundation of our platform in San Francisco. You will fine-tune models, design AI workflows, and deliver compliant, real-time borrower interactions from day one.
As an early-stage startup, you will own critical components, ship AI products used by leading lenders, and work closely with product, eng, and compliance teams. Relocation supported.
