The mission: make it radically simpler for patients to access expert care with full pricing transparency, regardless of insurance or condition - a single starting point for nearly any medical need outside of an emergency.

Stack: React, Type Script, Next.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL

You will own major surfaces of a consumer-facing Next.js application — search, scheduling, provider profiles, checkout — obsessing over every detail of the patient experience. This isn’t a component-tweaking role; you will make real frontend architecture decisions and work across the stack when needed.

• Work closely with design to nail interactions and micro-details
• Make pragmatic frontend architecture decisions: component patterns, state management, data fetching, performance, testing
• Cross the stack when needed — trace bugs or build features end-to-end against a Rails backend
• Write PRDs, run SQL to understand feature performance, own QA

• 3+ years building production web applications
• Strong Type Script and modern React patterns (server components, hooks, data fetching)
• Next.js experience: routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, caching
• A strong eye for UI quality — you notice when padding is off by 4px and it bothers you
• High-agency generalist mindset; no task is beneath you if it helps ship a great product
• Excitement to dig into the complexities of the American healthcare system (EHR integrations, revenue cycle management) — no healthcare background required
