Define the overall community and customer care strategy for Listia. You will manage a team and also work directly with the product, engineering, and founding teams to delivery and operate our customer satisfaction initiatives. Help us get to the next level of customer satisfaction!

• Design and implement a service model and support standards across the team
• Work with the product and engineering teams to develop new features and communicate user experiences
• Define and report key business metrics based on the business and community needs
• Develop a growth and management strategy for the support team to meet the needs of the business
• Manage and prioritize a product roadmap for features that address the needs of the community and the support team
