XOR is seeking engineers who will own end-to-end investigations into where coding models fail on real software work. You will build rigorous, gradeable test cases around failures in large codebases with real conventions and technical debt.
You will mentor newer engineers, develop tooling, and directly guide coding agents, ensuring robust evaluation of model outputs and clear differentiation between genuine capability gaps and setup artifacts.
