Go-to-Market Engineer

Job Title

This is a founding go-to-market hire focused on building the company's top-of-funnel engine, not a traditional sales role.

This is an ideal role for a sharp, intense operator who loves systems and automation. You will own demand generation channels and have a clear path to grow into a broader growth leadership role as the team scales. The work is technical and creative, and your output directly drives the company's pipeline.

• Build and automate the full lead generation, outreach, and meeting-booking pipeline
• Own and continuously improve the go-to-market tech and automation stack
• Generate and qualify top-of-funnel demand across channels
• Experiment with new plays and tooling to scale pipeline efficiently
• Operate as a founding member of the go-to-market team, setting the foundation for future hires

• High intelligence, strong organizational skills, and an intense, self-driven work ethic
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and pick up technical workflows independently
• Comfortable building and running automated systems rather than manual, high-touch sales
• Comfortable working in person, six days a week, in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: hands-on experience with automation and AI tooling (such as workflow automation platforms, Clay, or CRMs)
