We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Hardware Test) to join a growing engineering team developing complex, mission-critical hardware systems. This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys designing scalable test infrastructure, building automation, and developing software that supports hardware integration and validation. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality systems throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Design software architecture to support hardware integration and testing
• Build and maintain automated test infrastructure for complex hardware systems
• Develop scalable testing frameworks that can be reused across multiple projects
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams throughout development
• Create automated test software using Python and Linux‑based tools
• Support integration, validation, and verification of critical hardware components
• Develop software for telemetry, diagnostics, and hardware control
• Contribute to system bring‑up, testing, and production readiness
• Improve software quality through automation, tooling, and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Experience developing software for hardware testing or hardware integration
• Experience debugging hardware interfaces using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, or debuggers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for building reliable engineering solutions in a fast‑paced environment
