Parahelp is an AI support agent built for fast-moving software companies. Set up Parahelp in just 1 day without any engineers to automate your complex support tickets end-to-end. It integrates with your existing ticketing system (such as Zendesk, Intercom, Front), knowledge sources, tools (like Stripe, Slack, Linear), and policies.

TL;

DR:

As a Founding Front End Engineer at Parahelp, you’ll focus on building fast, reliable, and intuitive user interfaces for the Parahelp Assistant — the interface for managing the Parahelp Agent. You’ll work closely with our designer, translate product ideas into polished front end experiences, and ship production grade UI that helps software companies like Perplexity, Eleven Labs, Photoroom, Replit, and Framer automate support tickets end to end.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with our designer and product team to turn specs and wireframes into production-ready UI.
• Implement and iterate on front end features without friction or handoff friction from designers.
• Build reusable components and primitives, and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Build intuitive UI using Type Script, React, NextJS, tRPC, Prisma, and Tailwind.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ship complete features with high attention to detail.

You might be a fit if:

• You are based in San Francisco and excited to work in person.
• You have 2–5 years of experience in front end development using Type Script and React, and are familiar with NextJS, tRPC, Prisma, Tailwind, and Tan Stack Query.
• You naturally use AI tools in your day to day to build or prototype.
• You are energized by the pace and ambiguity of an early stage startup and want to leave your fingerprints on the product.
• You have a portfolio, Git Hub, or personal site showcasing front end work.
• Bonus:
  You have been a founder or have zero to one experience.
