About
A Series A health-tech company building the operating system for the hospital workforce. Most hospitals still run staffing, labor planning, and capacity management on spreadsheets, paper, and gut instinct, which drives up cost, burns people out, and hurts patient care. The product brings real-time decision support to clinical leaders, cuts manual work, and reduces unnecessary labor spend. Already live across multiple health systems and growing quickly
About the roleHow fast this company grows depends on how fast it can deploy new customers. Right now, every new health system requires configuration work that’s manual, bespoke, and dependent on engineering. That’s the bottleneck, and this role exists to fix it. You’ll own the internal platform used to deploy new health systems. The goal is to make onboarding feel as close to self‑serve SaaS as possible: fast, repeatable, and scalable without adding headcount for every new customer.
Time‑to‑go‑live and headcount per deployment map directly to revenue capacity, so this work has real leverage.

This is the work that decides whether the company can actually scale. Every deployment you speed up and every manual step you replace lets the business take on more health systems, faster. It won’t show up as a splashy product launch, but it’s the leverage everything else runs on. If you like being the engineer other teams depend on, this is a good one.
