• Startup experience as a technical co-founder, early engineer, or growth engineer
• Have shipped a consumer app to the App Store or Play Store on your own
• Experience with mobile growth tooling — Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch, App Store / Play Store listings and experiments
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation — Post Hog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig
• Experience applying AI / LLMs to production use cases — personalization, content generation, creative production
