• Design, implement, and test features that span multiple product areas and deliver meaningful impact to customers.
• Take full ownership of features from initial design through development, testing, code review, and launch readiness.
• Build scalable, high‑performing web applications using Java‑based technologies for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks for the frontend.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams and time zones on technical designs, exploratory work, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Take part in the team's on‑call schedule to troubleshoot complex issues in real time and maintain service reliability.
• Engage with Product Managers, Architects, senior engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into prototypes and production‑ready solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence — leading with design documentation, rigorous testing, and constructive code reviews.
• Break down intricate business challenges into scalable, well‑crafted solutions that are delivered with quality.

• Hands‑on professional experience developing distributed systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with a genuine commitment to code quality.
• Solid experience working with Spring, gRPC, REST, and HTTP protocols.
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
• Deep interest in and understanding of distributed systems and cloud‑native technologies.
• Practical experience following Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, Istio service mesh, Redis, and Spinnaker.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions to complex problems.
