Senior Software Engineer – Go / Rust | Cloud Networking | AI Infrastructure

I'm partnered with an early-stage, venture-backed startup that's building foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI systems.

This isn't another LLM application or AI wrapper. The team is solving hard distributed systems problems around cloud networking, identity, trust, and secure communication between autonomous AI agents.

If you enjoy building infrastructure rather than consuming it, this is the type of engineering challenge that's difficult to find.

• Build high-performance networking services in Go and Rust
• Design cloud-native control planes and distributed systems
• Develop Layer 7 networking, proxy, and policy enforcement technologies
• Build secure communication and identity frameworks for AI-native environments
• Work deeply with Kubernetes, cloud networking, and multi-cloud infrastructure
• Help shape the architecture of a product being built from the ground up

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Production experience with Go or Rust (both is a plus)
• Experience building cloud infrastructure, networking platforms, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Envoy, service meshes, proxies, gateways, or cloud networking
• Engineers who enjoy solving low-level systems problems and building highly scalable platforms

• Layer 7 networking
• eBPF
• Identity or Zero Trust systems
