STARTmunich e.V is seeking a Founding Software Engineer in San Francisco. You will own major product features, work directly with customers, and help define both the product and company culture. This is a full-time, in-office role. A base salary of $140k-$200k is offered, alongside 0.5-2.5% equity. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in systems engineering and AI workflows, and must be US Citizens.
