Job Summary

Salesforce is seeking an exceptional Member of Technical Staff to join the Agent Exchange Partner Experience team. The team builds the next‑generation ISV Platform that empowers thousands of ISVs and SIs to publish solutions to the Agent Exchange and streamline the partner lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and deliver solutions that define the publishing experience for Salesforce’s global partner ecosystem.
• Build and maintain the Partner Console application (primarily Type Script and JavaScript) and integrate it with multiple platforms such as Agentforce, Einstein, Mule Soft, Tableau, and Slack.
• Implement and support services for Security Reviews, LLM‑assisted publishing, Lead Generation, Trial, Licensing, Payment setup, and Analytics.
• Streamline, simplify, and unify the ISV experience across the platform.
• Own features end‑to‑end and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.

• 2–3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Type Script).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL).
• Solid testing practices across layers (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) with a strong commitment to test coverage.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated, genuine AI‑first approach to engineering, including use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Codex, and Cursor.
• Advanced prompt‑engineering skills for writing precise, structured prompts.
• Ability to own features end‑to‑end and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.
• Champion a strong engineering culture: coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, service ownership, and operational excellence.

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,200 – $176,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $141,200 – $194,200 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, as applicable.
