As Head of Engineering, you will own the technical execution of Build’s agentic AI platform. You’ll architect scalable systems, lead a high‑output engineering team, and encode complex real estate domain logic into production‑grade software. This hands‑on leadership role is critical for scaling a product that institutional clients trust with multi‑billion dollar decisions.

• Work directly with founders who scaled companies like 11x.ai and Gorillas, operating in a high‑intensity environment that ships faster than teams ten times its size.
• Shape a generational company at the intersection of AI and the $300T+ built world asset class, turning digital infrastructure and energy projects into reality.

• Own the engineering function end‑to‑end, including architecture, infrastructure, security, and execution velocity for a production‑grade agentic AI platform.
• Hire and lead an elite, high‑output engineering team, setting a technical bar focused on judgment, depth, and extreme ownership.
• Partner with product and domain leads to translate institutional real estate workflows into robust, observable AI systems that handle real‑world load.

• Proven experience scaling a vertical AI company (e.g., Harvey, Sierra, or Glean) through major growth phases, with deep expertise in LLM production systems.
• A hands‑on technical leader who still codes and can debug production issues while simultaneously making high‑level architectural tradeoffs and hiring decisions.
• Extensive B2B or enterprise experience shipping software that institutional clients trust with high‑stakes financial and regulatory data.
