As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Formula Health, you will be a core member shaping the future of healthcare commerce. You'll own the development of scalable systems that allow brick-and-mortar clinics to source and fulfill personalized treatments. This high-impact role involves making critical architectural decisions and shipping products that make high-quality healthcare accessible.

• Work in a massive $30B market ripe for disruption, replacing antiquated fax-based systems with a modern "Shopify-like" software infrastructure.
• High-autonomy environment where you’ll own core features end-to-end, influencing the product roadmap and engineering culture of a six-person startup.

• Design and build sophisticated user interfaces using React and Type Script while architecting robust backend systems from scratch.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to scope features, conduct customer research, and translate complex clinical requirements into seamless software.
• Implement and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP while ensuring security standards in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

• Significant experience building sizeable 0-to-1 products from scratch, demonstrating an understanding of the engineering and product tradeoffs needed early on.
• Deep technical proficiency in React, Type Script, and backend API design, coupled with expertise in using AI coding tools like Cursor.
• A product-minded, entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in healthcare longevity and the ambition to potentially launch their own company in the future.
