Syntra is a real-time medical AI audit platform for revenue, compliance, and care quality. In our first year post launch, Syntra has already audited over 1M patient encounters and over $200M in insurance collections, supporting hundreds of practice locations nationwide.

Syntra is building the intelligence layer for medical charts: a unified system of record that aggregates data across point solutions and enables AI agents to automate administrative work. Our customers start with Syntra’s chart and claim audit and build additional agents from there. We have an in-person engineering and product team in San Francisco.

• We launched 1 year ago. Syntra processes $200M+ insurance collections annually and over 1M new patient encounters.
• We consistently grow bookings or live revenue by at least 10-25% a month.
• We are on track to 8-10x bookings y/y by the end of ‘26.
• 80% of Syntra customers buy more Syntra software and 30% more than double their spend in the first year.

This role is customer facing in which you will work directly with Syntra’s enterprise customers who are large multi-state health systems in deploying software that they will use on every patient encounter.
