Join a 50-person team that is reshaping how engineering organizations operate with an AI-native platform that gives engineering leaders visibility and context across their entire software delivery system. The company grew 5x last year, just closed a massive deal with a Fortune 1000 industrial conglomerate and has other Fortune 1000 companies in the pipeline, and has a Series B imminent while most of the market is cutting.

The founding team built Einstein at Salesforce, the AI layer that powers Salesforce’s predictive features. As Lead Frontend Developer you will be the primary owner of the frontend direction with junior engineers to lead and greenfield thinking actively encouraged. The current frontend codebase needs real ownership and you will be the person who provides it.

• Own the entire frontend direction of an enterprise SaaS product at a company growing 5x year over year with a Series B imminent, with junior engineers reporting to you and full architectural authority over how the platform is built and what it looks like going forward
• Join a founding team that built Einstein at Salesforce and is now laying the foundation for how humans and AI will build software together, at a company that just landed a Fortune 1000 deal and has the pipeline to prove the product is working at enterprise scale
• Greenfield thinking is genuinely encouraged here, not just stated as a value, you will shape the product experience working directly alongside designers and PMs in a culture that values ownership over process and moving fast over perfection

• Own the frontend architecture and development of the core SaaS product end-to-end using React, Next.js, Type Script, CSS, Jest, and Cypress, setting the technical direction and best practices for a team of junior contract developers while improving performance and accessibility across the platform
• Work directly with designers and backend engineers to create a seamless user experience, integrate with open-source solutions, and make opinionated decisions about how the frontend should evolve as the product scales to larger and more complex enterprise customers
• Mentor junior frontend developers, review code contributions from contractors, and use AI coding tools heavily as a core part of your development workflow, bringing a fullstack awareness that lets you debug and integrate across the broader system when needed

• 7 or more years of experience as a frontend developer who has been the de facto frontend owner for an enterprise SaaS product, with strong React and Type Script skills, experience working alongside designers and PMs to shape the product experience, and some backend or fullstack capability to support debugging and integration in a complex environment
• Background at a high-growth VC-backed startup or a strong big tech company, ideally with experience on developer tools, data products, or similarly complex SaaS interfaces, long tenures that demonstrate genuine commitment and depth rather than frequent job changes, and a CS degree from a solid program
• Clear track record of coaching junior engineers and establishing best practices, someone who is opinionated about frontend quality and excited about owning an entire function rather than being one of many contributors, and a heavy user of AI coding tools as part of everyday work
