Papa is expanding its founding engineering team and seeks a Staff Backend Software Engineer to join Papa Community in San Francisco. You’ll be the second engineer, reporting to the GM and collaborating with senior engineers while benefiting from Papa’s leadership mentorship.
You’ll own the technical architecture, influence build vs. buy decisions, and shape product strategy for virtual care delivery, data flows, and scalable healthcare integrations with EHRs and care management tools.
