Job Description & How to Apply Below

Type: Full-time

About the Company

We're partnering with a well-funded, VC-backed startup building the infrastructure layer for customer-facing teams — unifying customer context and coordinating action across the entire customer lifecycle. Think of it as "hospitality at scale": making every customer interaction feel personal again, at a technical level spanning data infra, AI, and systems design. Already working with fast-growing startups and large enterprise customers. Full details shared once we connect.

The

Opportunity

Join a product engineering team that owns every surface area from idea to shipped feature. This is a true end-to-end ownership role — you'll bring both product instinct and technical depth to build things that actually solve real customer problems, not just execute tickets.

What You'll Do
  • Build and iterate on product features across the full stack
  • Partner directly with founders, designers, and customers to shape product direction
  • Own features from concept through deployment and iteration
  • Design and build APIs, services, and integrations
  • Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Work across frontend and backend as needed
  • Weigh in on product prioritization and trade-offs
  • Help raise the engineering bar

Full Type Script monorepo — React, Vite, Tailwind on the frontend;
Node.js and Postgres on the backend;
Temporal and Pulsar for orchestration.

You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Have 5+ years shipping products in production
  • Have owned large-scale, enterprise-grade products end-to-end
  • Are strong with APIs, databases, and system design
  • Have sharp product instincts and genuinely care about UX
  • Like owning problems, not just tasks
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment
  • Collaborate well with design/product partners
  • Move fast without sacrificing quality bar
Interview Process
  • Take-home project (2–4 hrs)
  • On-site (1–2 days) — review take-home, meet the team, work on something real

Competitive salary + meaningful early equity, full medical/dental/vision/401(k), commuter benefits, daily lunch & dinner, generous PTO with coordinated team breaks, regular offsites.
