As a Forward Deployed Engineer at CommodityAI, you will bridge the gap between AI product and physical trade operations. You'll partner with customers to automate unstructured data flows, configure technical schemas, and drive successful deployments. • Configure data schemas and AI extraction workflows to turn messy real-world documents and emails into structured, actionable trade data.
• Lead customer onboarding work streams from initial scoping and technical configuration through to user acceptance testing and successful go-live.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and automation templates that accelerate the deployment process and create leverage for the entire engineering function.

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, implementation engineering, or a technical consulting role with strong coding skills in Python or Type Script.
• Proven technical proficiency with APIs, structured data models, and the ability to diagnose complex issues across AI-driven systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and an operator mindset, comfortable managing multiple customer work streams in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
