Job DescriptionThe base compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $95,399. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. Compensation may be subject to change and the actual offer may fall outside the posted range based on multiple factors.
Knowledge/Skills- Extensive experience managing teams and executing Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center configuration development.
- Knowledge of Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center Insurance domain application requirements.
- Designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software using object‑oriented programming concepts in accordance with design standards.
- Planning, designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and maintaining GOSU language application code within Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center.
- Expertise in Guidewire rating architecture and algorithm development.
- Hands‑on experience with GWPC Rating functionality including rate books, rate routines, rate tables, parameter sets, etc.
- Knowledge of Rating Engine cost data, DTO‑based rating.
- Proactively identifying and addressing rating issues effectively.
- Managing code merges and environment management tasks.
- Performing minor and major Guidewire software upgrades.
- Developing GUnit/JUnit tests for business‑logic testing.
- Managing projects, programs, and teams of various sizes.
- Leading a team of developers and working with onshore/offshore teams across time zones.
- Architecting and creating solution designs and presenting architecture options with estimates.
- Assisting with GOSU code reviews, code clean‑ups, and sprint demos.
- Guidewire Certifications in Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center.
