Responsibilities- Partner with founders to identify the highest-leverage engineering work at join time.
- Ship production-quality software across potential areas: backend, data, ML, or platform.
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience as the team and codebase grow.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly and help set technical direction in a fast-moving environment.
