We are seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for healthcare SaaS and digital health platforms.

In this role, you will work on scalable microservices, data processing systems, and healthcare integrations used by healthcare organizations across the United States.

You will collaborate with cloud engineers, Dev Ops teams, and product teams to build reliable backend systems that support real-world healthcare workflows.

• Develop scalable backend services using Java.

• Develop APIs for patient portals and clinical applications.
• Work with healthcare data workflows and integrations.
• Ensure reliability of mission-critical healthcare systems.

• Design secure and scalable system architectures.
• Integrate with EHR/EMR systems and third-party APIs.
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure environments.
• Ensure smooth data flow across healthcare systems.
• Work with product, design, and Dev Ops teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Improve system stability and maintainability.
• Follow best practices for software engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in backend Java development (JDK 11/17+).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework & Hibernate/JPA.
• Understanding of microservices architecture & RESTful API standards.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data systems.
• Experience integrating EHR/EMR systems (FHIR, HL7).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
