You'll lead technical direction across distributed systems and LLM-powered features, moving from product ideation to production code. • Architect and implement scalable backend systems and distributed infrastructure to support mission-critical healthcare data workflows.
• Lead technical decision-making and project prioritization, ensuring the engineering team delivers high-impact product features and reliable systems.
• Integrate advanced AI and LLM capabilities into production environments to automate manual data processing and complex review tasks.

• 7+ years of professional experience shipping production-grade backend code using Python, Node.js, Java, or C++.
• Proven track record of designing distributed systems and managing modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineers and set long-term architectural strategy for the team.
