Role Overview
As a Research Engineer, you will develop and deploy advanced conversational AI models that enhance the capabilities of AI-powered support agents. Qualifications & Skills- 2+ years of AI/ML engineering or research experience
- Experience deploying large language models in production
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML tools for training, evaluation, and data pipelines
- Proven ability to transform research prototypes into reliable, impactful systems
