Backed by a16z Speedrun, we build AI agents that help consumer subscription brands - like Higgsfield and Promova - retain more users, extend lifetime value, and grow fast. Our co-founders are Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova. Azamat built a Telegram AI product from zero to five million users in four months, the first acquisition inside Telegram. Benazir received a full scholarship to Beijing University of Technology ned Taobao  Alibaba, architected the core recommendation engine serving 500M daily users.

This is the first design hire at Sirius, and we're looking for an engineer first - someone who ships production UI themselves and treats design as their specialty within that, not a separate discipline handed off to someone else. You'll set the visual and interaction language for everything we build, and then you'll write the Type Script that makes it real. You'll be working on a product that touches real revenue for real companies, which means your decisions matter in ways you'll be able to see and measure.

• Design and build product surfaces end to end - from Figma prototype to shipped, production-ready UI in our codebase
• Build and own the design system in code - components, tokens, and the frontend architecture that keeps it consistent as we scale
• Work daily in Claude Code and Type Script to prototype and ship production-ready UI - you're not handing off to an engineer, you're often the one shipping it
• Partner with founders on product direction, bringing a designer's perspective to strategy early - not just execution
• Move fast enough to keep pace with a small team, but carefully enough that the quality standard stays high

• 3+ years of product design experience - enough that you've shipped something real and learned from what didn't land
• Figma fluency: components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping
• Working proficiency in Type Script and modern frontend frameworks - you can take a design from prototype to shipped UI yourself
• Strong programming skills and Strong UI/UX design experience
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Based in San Francisco or able to be here full-time. We're not offering visa sponsorship at this time.

Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
