• 4-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading teams.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in software development.
• Experience with AI or data-driven applications is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with specialized language models or related technologies.
• Experience in a startup environment, particularly in early-stage companies.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools.
