Job Summary:
The Forward Deployed Engineer sits at the intersection of technical architecture, software engineering, and strategic client deployment. In this hands-on role, you will embed with our enterprise clients to deploy, integrate, and optimize Tuvis's messaging governance, compliance, and security platform. You are a builder who thrives in high-velocity startup environments, bridging complex corporate infrastructures with raw engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Onboarding & Deployment:
Directly deploy the architecture and integrate Tuvis solutions within complex client ecosystems (CRM, messaging channels such as Whats App, security and compliance archives). - Hands-On Engineering:
Write clean code and build custom integrations, scripts, and connectors to resolve enterprise technical obstacles in real time. - Client Technical Advisory:
Act as the primary technical authority during onboarding, aligning governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards with client security architectures. - Product Feedback Loop:
Collaborate closely with core Engineering and Product teams to feed field insights, feature requests, and edge-case bugs directly into the product roadmap. - Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Diagnose data flow issues, API bottlenecks, and security configurations to maintain high reliability across enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience:
3+ years in Software Engineering, Technical Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed / Field Engineering (preferably in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Messaging). - Technical Stack:
Proficiency in Full-Stack development (Node.js, Type Script, Python, React), API integrations (REST, Webhooks), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP). - Domain Knowledge:
Solid understanding of enterprise security, messaging APIs, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, FINRA).
