Engineering Lead, Full Stack Developer, Software Architect

• Serve as the first technical leader for our US presence, setting a high bar for engineering quality, product thinking, and execution
• Start, build, and lead a small engineering team in the US
• Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into clear technical direction and execution plans
• Act as a bridge between the team in Europe, users, product strategy, and engineering, ensuring we build the right things and build them well
• Help shape the long‑term technical and organizational foundations for scaling product engineering
• Own and ship end‑to‑end features that integrate seamlessly with popular developer tools
• Develop user‑facing applications that make powerful infrastructure intuitive and accessible to developers
• Collaborate directly with users and partners to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs
• Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability

• Leadership and management skills to lead high performing ICs
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production‑grade software in languages like Type Script/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar
• Proven track record shipping impactful product features, preferably for developer‑focused or infrastructure products
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into intuitive user experiences
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a collaborative approach to product development
