Requirements

- In this highly visible position, you'll provide essential technical support, tackle various challenges, and maintain vital documentation

- Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing our mission to revolutionize healthcare through technology
- Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo

- Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases
- Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals
- Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry
- Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance
- Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions
