We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Location: Charlotte, NC (300 Brevard Street)

Employment Type: 24-Month Contract (Potential for Conversion)

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite per Week (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer and Solution Architect to join the Controls Management technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance business-critical applications that support action plan implementation and operational controls management initiatives.

This position is ideal for a hands-on Power Platform professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology stakeholders. You will serve as both a developer and technical architect, helping shape the platform roadmap while delivering scalable solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

This is a primarily development-focused position, with approximately 90% hands‑on engineering work and limited functional responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, architect, and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Build and enhance Canvas Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and platform teams to align solutions with organizational standards and technology roadmaps.
  • Support platform maintenance, enhancements, and regular upgrade cycles.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance for Power Platform initiatives.
  • Participate in agile development activities, including design reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Work closely with distributed team members across the United States and India to deliver high-quality solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Hands‑on experience with:

  • Power Apps (Canvas Apps)

  • Power Automate

  • 1-2+ years of solution architecture or technical design experience.

  • Experience designing scalable business applications and workflow automation solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience presenting technical solutions to business and technology stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading technology initiatives and driving platform roadmaps.
  • Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application life cycles and platform governance.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solution development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments.
