** Compensation:** $170,000 - $225,000 + equity (if applicable)## About the Role We're partnering with an innovative early-stage healthcare technology company that's building a modern consumer platform designed to make accessing healthcare simpler, faster, and more transparent.

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you'll help create intuitive, high-performance web experiences that customers use to search for care, schedule appointments, browse provider profiles, and complete transactions. You'll own meaningful areas of the product and have a direct impact on the user experience.

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing engineering team where you'll work closely with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders to ship features quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.## What You'll Do
* Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Type Script, and Next.js
* Own key user-facing experiences from concept through production
* Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver polished, intuitive interfaces
* Make thoughtful frontend architecture decisions around component design, state management, data fetching, testing, and performance
* Work across the stack when needed to troubleshoot issues and deliver end-to-end features
* Contribute to product planning, technical discussions, and feature prioritization
* Help establish engineering best practices while moving quickly in a startup environment## What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of frontend software engineering experience
* Strong expertise with React, Type Script, and modern frontend development
* Experience building production-quality web applications with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience
* Comfortable collaborating directly with designers to create thoughtful interactions and polished UI
* Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions while balancing speed and quality
* Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with evolving priorities
* Strong ownership mentality with a willingness to contribute wherever needed
* Interest in learning new technologies and working across the stack

Healthcare experience is not required. Curiosity about solving complex healthcare challenges is a plus.## Tech Stack

* Ability to work onsite three days per week in either San Francisco or Boston## Interview Process
